📦 Processing Times
Please allow 1 to 3 business days for us to process, prepare, and hand your order over to the shipping carrier. "Shipped" means your CalmBuddy has left our warehouse.
🚚 Estimated Delivery Times
Once shipped, the delivery timeframe depends on your location. These are the average transit times:

Once the order leaves our warehouse and is scanned by the carrier, it becomes their responsibility. If your package is lost or stolen:

Although this is not covered by our standard refund policy, we evaluate cases individually. In unresolved cases, filing a police report is recommended.
