At CalmBuddys, we offer FREE shipping on all domestic orders within the country. We believe that getting your calming tool should be a straightforward and accessible process.

📦 Processing Times

Please allow 1 to 3 business days for us to process, prepare, and hand your order over to the shipping carrier. "Shipped" means your CalmBuddy has left our warehouse.

🚚 Estimated Delivery Times

Once shipped, the delivery timeframe depends on your location. These are the average transit times:

  • Domestic Orders: 4 to 8 business days

  • International Orders: 7 to 15 business days (Subject to potential customs reviews).

Important Notice: Delays caused by the carrier, customs, or seasonal volume spikes are outside of our control. We will keep you informed if there is any significant issue.

✏️ Order Changes and Address Accuracy

To ensure a smooth delivery:

  • Please make sure to enter your complete and correct address at checkout.

  • If we detect an address error, we will contact you within 3 business days.

  • Need a correction? Contact us via the form within 24 hours of placing your purchase. We will do our best, but subsequent changes are not guaranteed.

⏱ Delivery Delays

Our goal is speed. If your order is delayed, the causes may include:

  • Carrier disruptions (weather, local events).

  • Availability verification or payment issues.

CalmBuddys is not responsible for external delays. However, our team will always provide you with the most current information and the necessary support.

📦 Lost or Stolen Packages

Once the order leaves our warehouse and is scanned by the carrier, it becomes their responsibility. If your package is lost or stolen:

  • Notify us immediately using the Contact form.

  • You must file a formal claim with the shipping company.

  • We will help you follow up on the claim.

Although this is not covered by our standard refund policy, we evaluate cases individually. In unresolved cases, filing a police report is recommended.
