We understand that plans sometimes change. If you need to modify or cancel your order, please do so within 24 hours of purchase. After that time, your CalmBuddy is likely already on its way, and we may not be able to make changes.

• If canceled within 24 hours, your refund will be processed within 7 business days.

We truly want you to love your CalmBuddy. If, after using it for 14 days (to give the therapeutic benefits a fair chance), you are not satisfied, you may request a refund within 60 days of purchase.

To start a return, simply fill out our form on the Contact Us page or email our support team directly. Be sure to include your Order Number or the name and email used at checkout—that way we can help you much faster!

💔 Damaged or Defective Items

We carefully package every order. If, despite this, your product arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 72 hours of delivery. We will need you to send us an email with a clear photo of the issue.

We will review your case and, if eligible, send you a replacement at no cost.

Important: Normal wear and tear, misuse, or damage to the external packaging (like dented boxes) are not considered product defects for return.

🚚 Shipping and Delivery

While our team strives to ship quickly, CalmBuddys is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies, customs, or events outside of our control.

If your tracking shows a problem or delay, please contact the shipping company directly. We are also not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or undelivered once they leave our warehouse.

Please double-check your address before completing your order. If you enter an incorrect address and do not notify us within 24 hours, we cannot guarantee a refund or re-shipment.
